REBECCA O'DONOGHUE
Rebecca is a major projects lawyer with 20 years’ experience advising on the commercial and legal aspects of capital investment programmes for the construction and energy industries.
Rebecca has acted at various times for developers, contractors, financial institutions and local authorities, advising on risk management and governance, procurement and contracting strategies as well as drafting and negotiating project documentation. She spent 10 years in private practice before moving on to an in-house role and then working as an independent consultant.
She has significant experience advising on projects in the power generation industry, and spent several years working in a senior commercial and project management role for a UK power generation company.
Rebecca trained with internationally renowned construction law specialists, Pinsent Masons, where she spent 9 years, becoming a senior associate before leaving to work in industry. Most recently Rebecca spent 5 years at a major US multinational engineering company, providing contractual and risk management advice across its international project portfolio.
